Return Process

  Log into your MyMuse account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface inspection to ensure tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary pickup from your delivery address at a time that suits your convenience.

  Instant Refund or Swap

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality audit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your new size will be dispatched.
